Dear Testing Client:

On behalf of the Department of Public Health of Aruba (Dept. of Public Health), we kindly ask you to participate in our survey for individuals who test for Covid-19 in order to travel. If you are interested in participating, please see below.


The Dept. of Public Health is continually looking to improve policies that help maintain the safety and health of the public and therefore ask you to participate. With this information we aim to establish a link between decreased likelihood of a positive Covid-19 test in those vaccinated compared to those who are not vaccinated against Covid-19.
